Exactly why nobody got word of DietOramy meal plan program? I was aimlessly shooting Google and discovered it - I must say it truly is the 1st eating plan that I've tried that does not make me feel always starving, and I'm nevertheless losing extra load.
I am not really well informed about some others however I will tell you that my loved ones enjoyed massive triumph with DietOramy diet system regime (google it, there are lots of data over it) - all of us consume it and our physicians are shocked with the success that came so fast.
U are DEFINATELY heaven sent!!! I'm on Atkins now. I started two weeks ago at 208lbs and now I am stuck between 199.8 in the morning and 201.4 at night. I'm wondering why my weight loss has come to a halt. I use the Atkins shakes, bars and eat the correct foods and beverages for my phase (Phase 1). I'm wondering if I need to incorporate some excercise. Thinking about Zumba and after I achieve my goal P90X...any suggestions?

@justlegal21 Fat can turn into glucose actually. There's a difference between Glucose and glycogen. Why don't you do some research and look up gluconeogenesis.

@justlegal21 I have an education actually. Getting my Ph.D in biology soon. If you don't believe me actually look up turning lipids to glucose or fat into glucose. It takes a lot more work to be converted into glucose, but it actually happens. Can't post a link, idk why but google works good for me.

for all of you who are having trouble staying full with this diet, try the atkins bars and shakes. most of them have a lot of protein. my fave is the chocolate crisp one. it tastes like a quaker chewy. their peanut butter cups arent bad either, but they only have 2 grams of protein.
Atkins Diet is Healthy! Try reading the book from cover to cover, and using a little common sense, Our ancestors did not consume large quantities of white flour,sugar,carbohydrates,processed foods like we consume today, Lean meats,veggies,salad veggies,nuts,berries, fruits are what is recommended on Atkins along with good fats of course, I never counted calories on Atkins,or watched my fat intake....4 yrs ago I went from 242lbs to 140 in 8 months using the Atkins approach,Its still off :)

@glo937 I've been wanting to try Atkins...The only problem is that I'm vegetarian. What do you recommend eating for protein? I know beans are typically higher in carbohydrates...are they still ok for weightloss? I will be eating fruits also but only low glycemic ones. Also, did you exercise to help the weight come off? I've been walking 5 miles a day at a brisk pace and I have gained weight for some reason. Congrats on your weightloss by the way!
@rosariofan101 I think that living off of meat, vegetables, nuts, berries, and fruits, are pretty much the recommended diet. I don't see how you can disagree with it. What else do you need? Soda? Bread? Cookies?

@airplaneking Actually I did not lose muscle, I am very toned and for being 100lbs over-weight for 15 years you could never tell I was that heavy, No flab, No sagging skin...People actually comment on my defined muscles. I ate as much as I wanted till I felt full, lots of protein! drank plenty of water, took a multi-vitamin, fish oil capsules and co-enzyme Q10. After the first week my cravings stopped. I highly recommend you read the book completely so you will know all the facts.
@glo937 well that's not what one guy on youtube is doing, the bowulf guy, he prays atkins and according to him deep fried foods are a great nutritious meal, so blame him for making your healthy atkins look bad.

Atkins diet does work to lose weight but is not healthy! it is a short term weight loss diet, that's it.This is not healthy at all for a permanent diet, any low carb diet is not healthy. The assumption that people make that a low carb diet will make you burn fat as fuel is ridiculous, fat cannot be used as glucose, if you have no carbohydrates your body will use your protein as glucose instead, which means ull be low on TWO nutrients, this can cause alot of problems & can lead to heart disease

Human evolved eating fat and protein. If you don't eat protein you will die. If you don't eat fat you will die. If you don't eat carbs what happens? Nothing. That fuel is the fat in your body. The body converts the protein you eat to glucose and the fat is burned off with the excess fat being converted to Ketones which your body can also use as fuel. I dont think you can eat coconuts, but you can eat creams (like the ones you add to your coffee) but I suggest that you add some water to it if you plan on drinking it.

I dont think you can eat coconuts, but you can eat creams (like the ones you add to your coffee) but I suggest that you add some water to it if you plan on drinking it.
