Indonesian will find it not that hard to pronounce "Andreas" in German pronunciation...I studied German back at High School....n the vocal sound its just the same as Bahasa Indonesia...except like "eu" n other stuffs...:p

like "Michael"...instead of pronouncing it the common fashion way...German pronounce it like "Mitch-i'll"...if you think of it....its like Bahasa Indonesia pronunciation...although in Indonesia its still pronounce the common fashion way....

I can say it! but, unfortunately if your talking to english speakers its more difficult for then to understand what you mean because the english R is pronounced differently than most languages. I dont know how to describe it, but to ppl who only speak english the R that we use sounds like a fast D instead of an R for example if you say the word DONT fast it sounds like your saying RONT to us.

i guess it all because of accent that you been live with. just like american will speak and pronounce differently from UK people or russian or italian. and i pronounce andreas differently. i pronounce them as and-dri-ers
