Why didn't they just put high-rail wheels on it so you could have all the normal car traction, and still drive it on the road? How do you think Railroads in America inspect track? We drive cars on the rails, lol.

@SantaFebuff just like in most counties. Driving cars on tracks to inspect it is not just an american thing.
