I know for a fact where this plays, i've heard it in-game. After the place where theres the light that gives you a really big shadow, keep going until there's that circular part where grimlies attack you, except it only plays 50% if the time, sometimes it plays big fight #3

I actually just heard this right after Flashlight Fury at the Tiki Save in the same area. When I stood there before the fight this song started playing, and when I left and came back (still before the fight) it played. It didn't play after the fight though.
