thats what krishnamutri and bruce lee were preaching. To become ur own light (follow ur heart rather than follow a professor or scientist). you must validate the "truths" that are given to you. If someone tells you "no ur wrong for doing it this way" than u must validate it. Discover whether what he says is true or false rather than believe it right away, do ur research and use common sense....

Maybe you should think about it for yourself. Watch thses videos more than once if needed. Find yourself, be like water but dont be confined to a glass. Never go stale, always in motion, even if your seriously injured, be productive. And losing trust in your gorvernment can be very hurtful. See what Bruce did? He wasnt going to let his injury keep him from being confined, always in motion.
