  • Diesel Weekend at Union is so great.....rode 47,000 miles on 17 different RRs from '47-66.....almost all diesel powered.

  • If I were retired, I'd enjoy helping to restore her as I enjoy working with steels. Mild steel is very easy to fabricate and weld, especially with the modern precision MIG Welding machines from Miller and Lincoln.

  • It's possible that 118 A,B,C ran on one Milwaukee main line thru Guttenberg, Iowa

    in the 60's?? I spent a couple of summers with my Grandma there and the track ran

    practically thru her back yard. Nice memories ! Not sure about the numbers.
