I think Dustin Hoffman would fit the bill well. I'd also have Wayne Knight play Big Boss, That guy who played the sandman in spiderman 3 play Berzerko, Wesley Snipes play Bulletproof, Sarah Michelle Gellar play Mainframe, Either Lucy Liu or Tia Carrere play Mirage. If you can think of other actors to play the characters let me know.

I think Big Momma has made enough appearances in this series to be added and no one plays loving granny-like like Rosemary Harris (Spider-Man). Also I can imagine Ethan Suplee can play Rock Crusher, with very similar like facial features and character intellect

I also think Madonna should play Misdemeanor and Uma Thurman play Nightshade. If they decide to include Addictum that part should be played by David Spade.

@starscream341Wayne Knight has lost a LOT of weight in recent years. Id go for William Shatner.
Another big problem is you're listing too many well known actors who are all going to demand huge salaries. Get some lesser known people like Boomer from Battlestar Galactica as Mirage and Dwight Shultz as Buttons. And get some unknowns who match for roles like Berzerko. Maybe some actors from classic cop shows like Eric Estrada as background roles
