I'm about to get EVICTED because of the James Smith company! I foolishly paid them my last dime, and was not given what was promised. Therefore, I have been trying to get my money back since 7/10, and was just told it would take another 30days to process! They are manipulative and know that I desperately need my refund to pay Aug rent. They said that I could have a small check today only if I signed up for 3sessions for $2395. I said no, so was told in that case it will take another 30days!
