This is Professor Layton and the Specter's Flute. It's only come out in Japan. I'm in the USA so i'm gonna have to wait a while. It came out in Japan in November, 2009. The release date for everywhere else is To Be Announced.

There are actually 4 that are released now. Professor Layton 1, 2, and 3 are the original trilogy. PL4 is the start of the prequels, another trilogy.

This game takes after 4 years before the Curious Village, and Luke is about .. 11 in the CV. In one, he's seven, so I don't think he's gotten the jacket yet. More into the 6th game, you'll hear more. But every game they make is a year before what actually happens in the Curious village, except for the Diabolical Box, which takes 1 year after.

This one, Specter's Flute is actually the 4th game to be released in Japan and the first adventure in the timeline (or new trilogy). I know, they pulled a George Lucas. The 5th game (2nd in the timeline) was just announced as Professor Layton and the Miracle Mask.
