  • jesus even i can play that solo is this what america calls "one of the greatest guitarist?!"

  • worst solo ever

  • Comment removed

  • good but not great ;)

  • beautiful amore love peace

  • the solo is the only decent part of this "song"

  • This is the collest guy on the Rock N' Roll history. Read "Life" if you love him

  • he has an amazing voice i love the way he goes babe

  • the. coolest. guy. ever.

  • Why does he do Heroin? Its harmful.

  • you know, it's really hard for me to restrain myself when someone disses the stones. ESPECIALLY keith. i'm usually a calm person, but that is maybe one of the few things that just sets me off. one of my friends called him "just a junkie". no one i know appreciates the stones and they either just ignore them or take them as a joke, but you know what? they'll always be one of my favorite bands. and no one can ever discredit my value judgment. ever.

  • Did you know he's actually only 37?

  • Maybe it's down to taste, but I really don't rate Keith Richards OR Ronnie Woods as guitarist. Dull and boring. Paul McCartney, George Harrison and John Lennon were far better guitarists technically than both Richards and Woods. I Feel Fine. I Want You (She's So Heavy), Helter Skelter, Day Tripper, One After 909 (rooftop), Here Come's The Sun, Taxman Solo (McCartney), Paperback Writer (Macca again)..... I could go on and on. Catchy. Memorable. Brilliant. Keith Richards - over-rated and crap.....

  • Where can I find this full performance?

  • legendary and awesome

  • am i the only one who notices how out of tune he is? both singing and guitar

  • The good 'ol Pentatonic Scale...Keith, Angus Young and BB King play it to perfection.

  • the world will end when the stones are no more/for there shall be no stone unturned

  • thanks god for this men !!

  • rubbish player

  • @vinnothelizard fuck you

  • @vinnothelizard Your're a sad fool my friend. He who has ears let him hear. You have none and it's very sad.

  • thanks

  • out of time..... i think .....guitar solo is way below the line

  • the beatles shit all over the stones

  • great

  • if i could listen to just one thing for the rest of my life, without a doubt it would be Keith Richards playing guitar. that is what true beauty is. i could listen to that forever.

  • @tigerlady1989 tigerlady you're so right, you really are, you really are.... :)

  • good guitarist. amazing guy. fucking hideous though

  • I love Keith - he's a musical genius - wrote some of the greatest rock songs EVER. And he's an excellent and unique rhythm guitarist. But he's not a great lead guitarist. That's ok, we STILL LOVE YA, KEIF!!!

  • @microdon2 First off, it's Keef. No "I". Secondly, that is one of the best solos I've ever heard. Very emotional and expressive. He can't shred, but who cares, he doesn't need to.

  • Captain Teague Rocks On!

  • legend

  • es de carton el hijo de puta...

  • I love this beggar.

  • keith plays from his heart and soul what a legond when are the xpensive winos touring australia

  • what is good in this boring piece of music???

  • @Slavuernes boring is you fuking channel

  • "ahh..." it's all I've got to say

  • Keith Richards è la risposta vivente alla domanda: "Sarebbe possibile sopravvivere all'uso spropositato di qualsiasi sostanza stupefacente naturale o chimica esistente sulla faccia della terra?"

  • Love the Stones, but Keith as a solo act is pretty embarrassing. Can't sing, can barely play.

  • Its always an argument of who created Rock and Roll, but one this is for sure...the Stones created Sex, Drugs & Rock and Roll otherwise we'd still have a bunch of Beach Boys running around singing about their T-Birds.

  • Real nice. Nice singing. Great guitar. Keith's like BB King. Not a lot of notes. just the right notes.

  • wonderfull, music is not about playing 1000 notes per second,it's about a felling, and Keith really put all his heart in that solo

  • The more i to listen this, i think i even like more than before.

  • the look on his face from .45 is priceless

  • Keefy is who I aspire to be. He is the essence of cool.

  • Do you know from which DVD this video belongs??

  • @chala88 Rolling Stones: The Biggest Bang

  • I just love this guy. His career has been quite remarkable and he's given a lot of happiness to people.

  • i love you richard eres el mejor

  • I can listen this all day.

  • @chala88 me too.

  • @petronio11 Me Three! I love Keef so much!

  • smile on his face - priceless

  • Great Post...Keith is an awesome cat... I wrote a funny song for him called 'My Bloody guitar" here on you tube.

  • es gibt kein beseren

  • Are you sure it's not the 73 Les Paul Custom?

  • Keef is awesome!

  • @Waltos Yea,KEEF really is.KEEF is great. There's only one KEEF! KEEF is really awesome.KEEF created rock.KEEF is most guitarist's idol.I love KEEF.KEEF can play anything.KEEF is a genius.KEEF always plays the best riffs.KEEF is unbeatable.KEEF is a legend.KEEF is the greatest, what more can you say?KEEF was great on that Geico commercial.KEEF also proved he was a great actor.KEEF should start his own TV show along with playing in the world's greatest rock band.KEEF and JAG are the greatest.KEEF!

  • @MrMelodynelson And about the white, what you asked before, The White One, aka Dwight 1, is a '64, Gibson ES-345.

  • Now you know why he never played lead on any albums for 40 years. No one here is a hater ,just a few honest people not carried away by the hype this band has survived on for so many years. They were good in the early 60's,because there were no good bands back then. All you people who defend them passionately,it's time to wake up from your long childhood fantasy and face reality because it's finally here for everyone to hear.People who defend them have some mental problems and are they musicians.

  • @rematpac Totally agree. Their best times were before Mick Taylor left. As for Richards I'll give him credit as a song writer but as a guitarist absolute crap.

  • @sail1948 In the 60's they were considered a progressive band(used Sitar, flute, etc.)After Mick Taylor era they were more of a garage band compared with some others.

  • @rematpac ?????? and now with the table mixes...we got sound melody remind for 40years?? Is that you mean? IN THE 60´S no good bands?? in wich world have you been man?

  • @MrMelodynelson Hard to understand what you're saying.I'm talking about early 60's.It was more teen oriented.if that's what you grew up with you have a different perspective. When the 1st wave of British Invasion hit in mid-60's(Beatles,Rolling Stones,The Who)it almost wiped out American rock scene.when 2nd invasion hit(Led Zeppelin,Yes,ELP),it forever crushed it.

  • @rematpac

ok ok ok ok ....and now we have kids with tables mixing electronic tunes, making sound with buttons, thats sounds better to you? curiosly they mix (I cant get no)Satisfaction made in 1965 by a group of kids orienteded by a man MORE YOUNG than Jagger.

    So, what you saying??

  • @MrMelodynelson I COULD CARE LESS WHAT DUMB KIDS ARE DOING WITH MUSIC.WHAT DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH ME?THE FACT IS ALMOST ANY 4 PEOPLE COULD GET TOGETHER THAT HAVE PLAYED FOR A YEAR OR 2 AND FORM A GARAGE BAND THAT SOUNDS AT LEAST AS GOOD AS THE STONES.TO DENY THIS IS LIVING IN A SELF PERPETUATED FANTASY.

  • @rematpac

    Ok.........keep cool.

  • Reminds me the swamp marie from legend movie.

    True "Leatherface", haha!

  • He's no Mick Taylor.

  • @degree7

True. Richards is no Mick Taylor but Mick Taylor is also no Keith Richards. Have you ever wondered why nobody can really do a decent cover of a Stones song? Its the rythym gutar parts that nobody can master.

  • In case you thought the years of abuse had taken their toll on Keith Richards's talents, this snippet proves otherwise....

  • Even though he isnt the best singer, I will always think of him better than any modern artist. He has true passion and love when he plays music and you can tell that every time he picks up his guitar he smiles a little. And, when he plays a solo, his face is in a place of pure passion. Long live Kieth Richards!

  • Does anyone know what custom gibson he is playing? I mean year and name? Thanks

  • @riedhard Hello Riedhard.

That guitar he plays in the video is a Gibson ES-355. It is '59.

  • Comment removed

  • @petronio11 BLACK GIBSON ES-350 (NEW)..

  • @MrMelodynelson Sorry, but you're wrong.

This is one of Keith's old guitars. Look the Bigsby tremolo.

There is a discrepancy between the dates, some say is '60, But Pierre De Beauport, Keith's guitar tech, says it's a '59.

Here's some other photos of the same guitar.

    Do some research before talk.

"Keith Richards Gibson ES 355" in google images, is simple.

view the presentation at the Superbowl for example, is the same guitar.

    Tnx.

  • @riedhard You dream about it? I for sure do.

  • @riedhard like that will answer anything?

  • I just want to be friends with him!!!

  • I like their Blues and Rithm period more.

  • Hmm, he plays in rehearsal but every time I see them do this song in concert he plays the intro and then immediately takes off his guitar.

  • es impresionante esta cancion me gusta demaciado

    !!!!!!!!!

  • Great performance. Thanx for posting.

  • the haters dont get it...with the rolling stones and richards especially u gotta listen firstly but u gotta feel it as well, the feeling part is the roll in rock n roll

  • shivers down my spine every time that guy takes guitar in his hands

    *one love*

    Keith is a legend!!!!

  • I'm only a 17 year old girl, and to be honest & truthful, no one will ever will make my heart pump and make those butterflies flutter in my gut the way Keith Richards does, other bands can try, try and better try but they never ever come close to this man. God, I Love You Always Keith!

  • totally agree with you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • ew. haha

  • @sk1mmyj1mmy Shut the fuck up dude. Your the same age as me and you sure as hell ain't getting my juices flowing.

  • @PegasusRockNRoll Umm, listen to some JIMMY PAIGE

  • @ghana21

In a late 1980s Guitar Player interview, Jimmy Page sais you can forgive Keith Richards for everything he's done in his life because of his brilliant rythym on Dance Little Sister. Can't get a better endorsement than that. Guitar playing is not about how many notes you can play per second.

  • @PegasusRockNRoll

keith is a great rythm guitarist (at least top 5), but as a soloist not even in the top 50s of all time.

  • @PegasusRockNRoll !!!! i feel exactly the same as you :) and those of you who are posting negative comments, piss off. if you don't like it, shut up and move on.

  • @PegasusRockNRoll God love you, girl. This little segment is one of the most beautiful things I've seen. The interviewer cuts through to what makes Keith tick. He sees the light shining through. Moonie had it too.

  • @Mzzy1979

    from all

    the greatest

    I totally agree with that

  • Where was the exciting part?

  • u can't see

    only the bests

    unfortunately, sorry

  • humm... ok super man.

you're the best in what, exactly?

  • @METEMEDO Yes, i am.

  • Fuck all you haters, this solo was heartfelt and soulful.

  • from all

    the greatest

  • You're dead right!!!

  • Comment removed

  • how is this dude still alive, and how is he still good

  • @chaaoos And you are a culturally retarded faggot. The Rolling Stones are the original rock band, they started modern rock and roll and still play better than three fourths of the "musicians" that you hear on the radio.

  • @greenandzee touchy touchy, aren't we? just b/c I think Keith Richards is an overrated, boring, sloppy guitarist you feel the need to call me a "culturally retarded faggot?" wow. I thought the whole Stones were too old to have fanboys, but I guess I was wrong (bravo to you 13 cheerleaders who gave this dickwad a thumbs up. I've been using "dickwad" since I first saw Terminator 2 at 7. how 's that 4 culture?). and FYI, I don't hear jack shit on the radio because I don't listen to the radio.

  • @greenandzee

actually, the beatles did all that.

the stones would have been the bar band they were without the beatles.

harrison brought them to their decca contract, paul and john gave them their first top 20 song, their manager was a protege of george martin.

  • @chaaoos i wanna se u do all the riffs that he invented .. fuck u

  • @chaaoos so who do u think is good?

  • @caponi14 Yep.

  • The greatest of all.....

  • where and when was this concert?

    really awesome.

  • This is a rehearsal for Milan Concert (11 July 2006).

  • awesome
