  • still training these days matty your videos were great would be good to see one up to date

  • @toddyboi121 Hi toddyboi, yes, still training, I'll try to get some up to date vids up in the next couple of weeks, cheers.

  • Nicely done again mate. Nice speed up and down - thanks for posting this.

Just one thing, I have always been told to make sure you don't go below 90 degrees with the shoulder press - ie keep you lower from going below horizontal to prevent injury. Interested to hear your thoughts on this?

  • Cheers rbresca, I never really thought about going to 90 degrees, I've always used a full ROM with most exercises, but you are right in your query, especially if using heavy weight, the elbow and shoulder joint may be excessively stressed. I'll do some research myself, cheers

  • Hey matty, good job mate.... you're looking straight at the lens now when you speak but why did you turn them lights off? LOL.

    ps. good form

  • Thanks LordNerevarIndoril for the positive feedback, my shed is out the back and has no electricity. I run an extension cord from the house down to the shed - I have a portable lamp I use when I train at night. It is actually brighter than what the video shows, cheers

  • sweet mate, good form, wasnt sure if i was doing it right.

  • Thanks mate, I never know if my form is perfect, thats why I often use youtube for feedback, so cheers, thanks for that. good luck with your training.
