Hi everyone! It's been brought to my attention that I made one mistake in the video. I said you can borrow your gift money from a family member. Quite the oxymoron. Can your down payment money be borrowed or gifted from a family member?? The down payment money you receive from a family member is a gift and must be a gift (not to be repaid) per FHA guidelines.
