Sometimes I wonder if there's hidden cameras in many public restrooms/changing rooms without anyone knowing. I know they do it in some UK schools. Personally I think it's illegal, because it invades the privacy of kids, especially without the permission of the parents. I'm sure many parents would be angry about seeing images of their kids vunerably exposed on camera. I'm not saying that all cameras should be banned, it's just that there are certain areas I believe shouldn't have them.

The babysitter was terminated as a result. The child's parents showed the video, cued to the beating, to the babysitter, and told her that this is the reason for the termination. If the babysitter is prosecuted, the video could be used as evidence.
