I had one of those not wanted agian. mine happened when i slid my thumb on the tile floor. it hurt but i waited a year to get it removed because no doctor knew what it was and boy did it bleed so bad.....i know everyones pain......
I have one on my left index finger, doctor put some chemical stuff over it yesterday but the chemical didn't harden properly and disappeared through the night. He made an appointment for me for next month to go and get it removed but he gave me a cream, told me to wrap my finger in cling film overnight and already its falling off, can anyone give me advice on what I should do if it falls off?? Thanks
I have this same thing - in my left nostril! My problem was brought on by allergies & post nasal drip. I've had nose bleeds for 6 months now & cauterizing didn't work. I saw an ENT last week & he will remove it via surgical excision & cauterization. He said the process will take 10 minutes but I'm NOT looking forward to any form of anesthesia (bad reaction to anesthesia). I'm sick of the daily & nightly nose bleeds (sometimes gushers) & ready to get it over with.
I had a pyogenic granuloma on the left side of my face near my ear. I was put to sleep by the anesthesia when I had surgery. So glad it finally got removed! When I had it on my face, I kept hiding it with my hair because every kid that I encountered in my school would be like,"EWWW!! WHAT'S THAT ON YOUR FACE?!?!" Then I would be just really hurt and annoyed and finally my mom scheduled a surgery for me. I just have a minor scar left. The excision wasn't as bad as it seemed. :P
i just had mine removed a week ago through surgery as well. the granuloma appeared on my right foot. my doctor just removed the sutures a few minutes ago. how long did your surgical wound heal?
good. I am so tired of mine. It has gotten bigger over the last couple of weeks and I can't get in to see the doctor until next week. Hopefully he will get me in soon after he looks at it.
@phrenic13 i have one on my chest (crazy place i have no idea why its there), i got it frozen at the doctors last week, its almost fallen off itself i just need to wriggle it around a bit and it should fall off :P gross right haha
