I do believe in self-healing without medication, it happens to me all the time, if I had to start about it, it could get lengthy, but in a couple of words its all in our mind and the most comfortable one is toward food intake, if the body refuses it, it tells you something

Exactly - particularly for those that have allergies, parents often think that a child might be fussy or capricious about food and then being forced to eat something that the body rejects which later becomes an agonizing effect - that's how it was in my time as a child - I lived through the nastiest chows instinctively I could ingest!! Nice of you to respond! I usually work nights 5 days out of 7, so - on my days off - my sleeping cycle is totally off - I have to literally get physically tired on the treadmill to get a good night sleep!! I'm honestly thinking of getting into REIKI to control the uncontrollable cycle!!

The paintings are outstanding!! And absolutely the music is very engaging, I love the hand claps, it's as if it says "wake yourself up" as a return to the essence of primitive times, which we city inhabitants have not known how our ancestors have lived in harmony!

Wow! touching comments. I'm most grateful and I agree, the music was just so captivating to me. I was extremely excited and touched when it was created for me, inspired by my 3rd painting, "Air" in the series In Lak'ech. The claps were my favorite too. I love your take on the music...it's what I felt and which is why I resonated with it for the video, but you expressed it perfectly in words! Awesome.
