  • Sex shop time machine lmao

  • Thumbs up if you're craving a hickory smoked dickable.

  • Thumbs up if you hate comments where people say something bland, followed by "thumbs up if you agree with me"

  • @PENGUINLOLARMY I see what you did there.

  • I play this song as I mine all the shitty gravel in Minecraft

    :D

  • OH MY JONATHAN ITS MY THEME SONG!!!!

  • ALL THIS MUSIC WAS WRITTEN IN INDA FROM AN EVIL CALL CENTER.

  • lol! Love it! This is the sound track of my childhood.

  • classic muzak bro

  • this is my evening music right here...everytime i listen to this i can see the 70s..cant beat that nostalgia

  • It was when the music generation was taken over by the Rock Generation who decided to jettitsson all music associated with their parents. Out went "functional music". Only problem is there are some of us from the same generation who understand and appreciate the benefits of both Beautiful & Functional music. I'm usually out the door within minutes whenever I visit a store that plays that loud, distracting creppe! Bring back Muzak...the way it ought to be!

  • That should have been Music BUSINESS was taken over.......

  • I'm kinda curious how today's music would sound "muzaked".

  • i just had sex

  • This was used in the '70's in a sitcom where Jack Klugman played a gay crack addict and a young tom Hanks played his computer nerd sidekick who invents the internet.

  • If there is Hell muzak plays in the background.

  • Terrific muzak! Wish we had this sort of stuff these days. Thanks for uploading!

  • I've been searching for a such a long time for some real Muzak elevator style music like this... I know we're supposed to hate Muzak but for some reason I like this one. I even made a beat out of it (on my channel, but I seriously don't mean to spam)

  • IIRC, this song is Lady Blue by Leon Russell, given away to me by the first six notes of the melody. Nobody could drawl quite like LR, which made his, er, high notes sound pretty funny.

  • I wanna download this! So the artist is 'Muzak' and the album is called 'The blue album'. But what's the song called???

  • HOLY SHIT, THIS IS LIKE AN ORGASM IN MY EAR!

  • i just mixed this surprisingly well with an awesome d&b track by Noisia.

  • I have to write a paper. And I am procrastinating by listening to this????

  • @autisticblog I actually have to write a paper on this! lol

  • This beats the crappy background music that is played these days in supermarkets and the like! I fondly remember Muzak! Please dump the current stuff and bring this back! I'm convinced it'll curb shoplifting, because the turds that shoplift will either fall asleep listening to this or they'll run screaming from the store after they hear this! All kidding aside, this is really good music to me!

  • @musclen2phat you are right.. I am a professional shop lifter and I am always amazed how the people are hypnotized when such a music is in a loop

  • @EmoAssociation >professional shop lifter

    ha.

  • @musclen2phat Indeed...The nostalgia factor alone is intoxicating.

  • Thanks for posting these tracks. I'd been reading a 1980 interview with Jane Jarvis, a former VP of Muzak, and was curious to hear the atrocity that was muzak. And it sounds innocuous and inoffensive. Odd! Actually, the carefully plotted mix of popular songs that assaults current retail and restaurant shoppers ain't much better! I'd almost rather listen to this. At least there's some nostalgia value in the 70's orchestra and the Fender Rhodes!
