@Cansololife why won't you do some more research in finding out how some of the apostles, disciples, and others have wrote their testimony in the bible which was guided by the holy spirit into doing so. the issue here is that when they wrote it. they wrote it in greek, but it causes confusion sometimes because how it was translated on the versions that are used today. thats one ! two ! i know what my word is saying because i comprehend it properly so when you mentioned slavery, i got confused.

If you cannot understand man's analogy, how can you understand God's? Dr. Suess was written by one man, while the bible was corroborated by many authors who were superintended by God.
