It's inertia of the object which wants to keep going in a straight line but then is forced to stay in a circular path. there is no such this as centrifugal us a pseudo force. Newton's 2nd law works perfectly fine if you dont dont mention this non existant force so that doesnrt work.

Best is already one of the best running backs in the NCAA and he will show it this year. I am a HUGE Gators fan and hope Demps and Rainey can emulate that as well. One thing though is if Demps gets free there's no one that's going to catch him.

Best is significantly faster.

Best coming out of high school had the fastest 200m and 2nd fastest 100m times in the nation among football players (Jeffery Demps was 1st for the 100m). Devine really didn't even have comparable success to Best on the track. Best won state title in the 100m in 2007 and posted the 2nd fastest 200m time ever in California.

Noel Devine is good but he is small and the way he takes hits in games, he wont last in the NFL. Ray lewis would lay him out. J.Best has good size and great speed. Did you see him in the bowl game against Miami. I was their, he is a beast. They would have lost the emerald bowl if it wasn't for him. My rams need to trade Jackson next year and draft Best if he comes out early like the bills did to get Lynch.

You're joking right? jahvid best qualified for the OLYMPIC TRIALS. As a sophomore in college. There's no comparison in terms of speed or size. the argument here is who breaks more tackles.  and I still give the award to Best becasue Devine is an East-West runner, and nobody in the world except Usain Bolt has the speed to get away with that kind of running in then NFL.

Jahvid Best is much much faster than Noel Devine the comparison is unprecedented. Devine while extremely elusive has always lacked top speed he did when he was running and losing races in hs track at N Fort Meyers. Best on the other hand had the 4th best 100m in the country as a high school sprinter in 2007 and the 2nd best 200m in high school track. Best actually finishes his runs because he has elite sprinter's speed, something Devine doesn't.

Clearly we're having some sort of disconnect b/c one guy is doing it in the NFL and the other still weighs as much as he did in 2005 (160 lbs). The funny thing is, I like Devine. Look at JB's fuckin Oline the 2nd or 3rd in the country Noel's O-line isnt even dat great and hes still a beast On all of Javhid's long runs the Oline pushed everything back and Javhid only had 2 dodge or outrun 1-3 players. Noel has 2 pick his path quickly and shoot through it be4 the o-line breaks down or an outside guy misses a block and gives him 1 more player he has to worry about Im not sayin dat Noel is better, Im just sayin dat if he had an awesome Oline the comparison would be more fair

Yeah, if you watch Noel Devine's college freshman highlights, on all of his 7-13 yards runs, Noel was tackled by an outside man that should have been blocked. Also, when I was watching an actual West Virginia football game, the Oline constantly let go to early when Noel was trying to run. They would keep on letting go when they thought that he is past them but the Linebackers or Linemen caught him at an angle.

how is that an excuse? It's true. Look at the Florida Gators, the oline is great but what really lets the backs use their speed is the blocking on the outside. The wrs know how to block down the field and also get the CB on the edge out of the play. On outside runs, it is usually the CB that has to slow down or stop the run for a huge gain. When you get an o-line that gets a good hinge on the LB 2 the outside, a WR that can block off the CB to the outside, and a back with alot of speed,
