  • Just wondering. I bought a muscle builder protein supplement shake. It has 21g of carbs and 18g of protein. I only workout every third day with weights, and 30 mins everyday doing situps and pushups. Is this enough to drink the shake once a day? or would it pack fat becasue of the exessive carbs.

I dont eat things because they have a cute face fucktard, i dont eat it because its cruel and unnecessary. animals can feel pain, just like humans. tell me what is so rational about slaughtering things that cant defend themselves for your own pleasure? you can have a balanced diet without meat, in fact, its actually better for you to be a vegetarian.

  • Chicken and Tuna are definitly the best Protein intake. But what about Fruit for Vitamins? Like Blueberries, Strawberries, kantaloupe, Kiwi ect? and then of course there's grain and calcium/dairy too because of the vitamins....Is it ok to have that Zero fat, zero sugar yogurt as well as fuit for getting lean and ripped to add to your diet?

  • Well, I'm 14 and I've got a 15-year-old friend just like you. I'll tell you what he does. He does tons of ab exercises for his core, and I can send you a link for that if you want. Then, he does push-ups, bench-presses and bench dips for his arms and chest. As for his legs, he runs and walks alot, and that builds his legs up.

  • If you can find cold cuts with low sodium, then I'd say go for it! Unfortunately, everything I've come across so far is packed with a ridiculous amount of sodium, so much so that one or two servings can surpass your daily sodium requirement - and that's not good. As an alternative, I'd suggest getting some fresh meats and cooking them all at once, then dividing them into single serving ziplocks and throwing them in the fridge. May not be as quick as cold cuts, but it's worth it.

  • ummm 21 grams isnt a lot of carbs. U should be eating foods that are rich in protein & carbs. Unsaturated fats really help too. Nuts, meat, and whole wheat must be in your diet. To gain mass you must do the following: -Lift between 8-12 reps for all muscle groups. -For abs, calves, and forearms do 12-30 reps. Doing 100 curnches is useless. -Have at least 2 days of rest from exercise each week. btw ur current workout looks like ur doing fitness, not bodybuilding.

  • using a protein shake as a meal replacement is a good idea. BUT you should try to eat actuall food with it as well and not use it for a meal more than once a day.

  • If you want to get ripped, you have to do something. You cant sit on the computer all day. You have to be constantly active. I have yet to see someone who weighs 400 pounds and runs and works out everyday. Just do something.. It doesn't matter what you eat. As long as your doing something to burn the calories it doesn't matter. Unless you eat 300 Hershey bars and 20 pounds of French fries, you can probably use your calories. Making you lose weight.

  • also, predators attack the weaker prey in the wild all the time. why can't humans do it, especially native americans from back in the day who used to kill buffalo for their food, home, clothing, and weapons? eating animals isn't inhumane, it can be healthy and life saving. i still wouldn't want animals to die cruelly or inhumanely, but i don't have a problem eating a chicken just like how i would understand a crocodile would eat me out in the wild.

  • @xXMoneyMakingMikeXx beef, lamb. the reason he recommends fish is probably because of the essential fatty acid. if you pick beef, the best is lean steaks or EXTRA lean ground beef . but you should take 1-3 mg of fish oil with the beef. that will help lower the cholesterol. lamb or sheep is good. their arms have low fats.

  • A good high protein diet, a workout routine and the will to build muscle is a good way to get ripped.

  • Always helps to have a spotter. If you dont go big you wont get big and DONT do the same exercises on the next day. Confuse your body, dont let it get used to what your doing then it will shock itself to building or ripping muscle you didnt know you had. I've increased my strength in just 3 weeks of 3 days going to the gym because my spotter could help me on some last reps with a heavy weight, even if you cant make the full transition, if the momentum is kept then that rep counts :) good luck
