"Let It Rock" can also be found on the Spanish "Sticky Fingers" import album. The song replaces "Sister Morphine", which was banned in Spain because it was drug related. The cover of the album is also different, the zippered crotch cover was banned in Spain because it was considered obscene. The front cover had a picture of a can of Fowlers' Treacle with a hand coming out of the top. The back cover had a group shot of the Stones.
Daviglow3 is quite right. The "Brown Sugar" single was the first release on the Rolling Stones Records imprint. The US version had just "Bitch" on the B-side, but the UK single had this cut as an extra track, recorded at Leeds University.
Released 1971 as an EP.BSugar one side and this and Bitch all live from Leeds university. What a gig it must have been.Never heard them play better.University gigs were very important for band sales in 70s in Britain
Oh man oh MAN! I've been looking for this for YEARS!!! I remember it was on a bootleg Sticky Fingers album once... this is difinitive live Rock and Roll that kicks ASS! THANK-YOU!!!
