there is unofficial patch for DSi 1.4.

but some people bricked their carts this way. personally i won't use it until official flash update is out.

some options for the selected game .. it show the functions which is :

DS download play : eneables DP fix if theres a issue.. (only works if the game is working with DS download play)

Soft Reset: A Special function which enable games to be reseted to AK2i main menu.. (which is useful if you want to play another game)

Autorun: Enables the selected ROm to be booted automatically, as soon as the AK2i is booted, (hold start to disable it

Cheat/Action replay: eneables cheats on the game (it might be a ARM7 cheat which you can use to boot protected ROM file or just to pissed the game and ruined it by giving unlimited HP or something)

Cheat DB file: a Database file which holds the cheats. go to actionreplay web or gbatemp to get some updated cheat DB.

It works on firmwares 1.41 and lower, newer than that i dont know but it is likely that they will block it

Hey, does the Acekard 2i lockup when trying to load on DS lite after you play a WiFi game? I'm currently satisfied with my EZ Flash Vi but I just don't like the interface. My dealer said he would trade it for the Acekard 2i if I wasn't satisified. Should I?

dude if this guy is offering to trade an ez flash vi for an acekard 2i take it in a heart beat I like ezflash for slot 2 stuff but slot 1 is crap and it's compatible with ds fat ds lite and dsi basically any ds console

i ordered my acekard 2i, before i thought by slot 2 the acekard meant sd slot, but that is the nonexistant gba slot. so the microsd card is pretty much the only way right now.

It has to be a us ak21 not a japanesse since it is region locked. thats why the uk cant use ak2i.

hello my friend. every flashcard has its own hotkey to reset game. For ak2i is L+R+START+SELECT (but you have turn on this feature in main menu in advance). Ak2i supports action replay cheat. To activate it, put the cheat file (dat or xml format) in "__ak2\cheats" folder and then turn on the cheat in main menu.

R4 series support SDHC in good condition, too (besides original R4). However, ak2i is pretty cool.

here is one called R4i (also known as R4 ultra) which asseverates its compatibility with SDHC and DSi. but frankly speaking, it's just a copycat which uses AK kernel in R4's GUI. So please use AK2i, DSTTi, EZVi and so on.

We've tried again by using both the official kernel and AKAIO. It works, no stuck or black screen. So at the first time testing there may be poor contact.
