I have heard that in japanese chin (dog breed) shows, the owners sometimes dye their dog's fur. This is done with 100% ALL NATURAL VEGETABLE-BASED DYES.
This is FAR from animal abuse. Go type on youtube 'Meet your Meat'. THAT is animal abuse. Now stop complaining because I'm sure almost all of you complaining about this person still think it's okay to consume a living animal that has been tortured to death.
The rabbit is obviously not in any pain what so ever. The one with the blue hamster IS abuse because that animal was terrified and backed into a corner. This rabbit is just sitting on the grass with a bunch of people.

The best method to dye a bunny is using a mix of food dye and water, whatever colour you like, and wiping the bunny over with a sponge dipped in this. This way it dries quickly and your bunny won't get scared - bunny will just think they're getting a lot of attention ;)
Look it is not abuse. The Dye is harmless. AND, although, I wouldn't do this, perhaps, People who love Bunnies wouldn't do a thing to harm them. And, I bet this Bunny is part of their family with all the love and care, and good eating(ZooPreem) is the best and healthiest feed to give them--and I bet this Bunny also has regular VET appointments. SO, in spite of the weirdness to this, I am certain this Bunny is looked after quite well--

they could have used kool-aid (or another form of non-toxic pet hair dye) if the rabbit was originally white haired(which he seems to be) and it is completely non-toxic,just as long as you don't get it on their face or in their ears(and you can get this done professionally)
but it is important to test for allergic reaction first though, this can be done by dye a small spot on their fur and waiting 48 hours to see if their is any irritation to their skin

The main gripe i personally have with animals being dyed is that unlike humans they really don't get a choice, even if dye is safe. Animals are pretty aware of their smell etc, so would hate to experience what an animal would feel like if it can't stand its newly chemical smell, for example. Some people are sensitive to certain dyes/chemicals, as with animals. I think that's what people get taken back by animals being dyed even though it may be technically safe.

The main gripe i personally have with animals being dyed is that unlike humans they really don't get a choice, even if dye is safe. Animals are pretty aware of their smell etc, so would hate to experience what an animal would feel like if it can't stand its newly chemical smell, for example. Some people are sensitive to certain dyes/chemicals, as with animals. I think that's what people get taken back by animals being dyed even though it may be technically safe.

dying the hair like this doesn't seem too bad, but when it's done to embryo's and shit like in chick eggs, it's gets to be about pathetic. One question though, how do you not get dye in the bunny wabbit's eyes? Just curious, that seems like the only thing that would be a problem.
