The city told people not to drive in the area to reduce congestion, and then the cops make fun of a guy for not driving a car to work while he is lying on the ground with severe injuries. @Crusadinn I agree. WE used to have volunteer fire departments and minimal police force. We're slaves to the police force now. In all honesty, I think the pedestrian that was injured is being a little bitch about it. He's oversensitive about something that he was NEVER meant to hear, in the first place. They see millions of jay walkers that claim to have been, "just walking on the side of the road" I assume one would eventually become numb to that issue and simply react harshly to something they deem stupid.
