the one thing that bothers me is that gillian always gives these people plain oatmeal, after eating junk for years. I'm a health fanatic, but even I wouldn't eat plain oatmeal. It needs berries and a quarter cup of organic soy milk at the very least!
I know right? I was watching one of these and they were telling people to eat more porridge and something I've never heard of before. I was like... right.... Porridge..
to morgueparty a "fry up" is a typical full english breakfast. contains eggs, grilled tomato and mushroom, black pudding, sausages, slices of bacon, baked beans and toast.
Lol, I love this show. It makes me appreciate my mom forcing me to eat a plate of salad every day when I was a kid. Now I crave salad and I'm pretty sure I wouldn't if it wasn't for her.
I love Gillian Mckeith. Her advice on programs like this have changed my life. I havent eaten sugar or processed foods in months and lost two stone. I have better skin and dont miss my old eating habits. I never thought I would like Quinoa or sprouted beans. I always have a drink of warm water with a slice of lemon in the morning to help my tummy wake up.
I never thought I ate that unhealthy (I love veggies) but after watching this show I totally rethought weekly pizza and junk food movie nights. I mean I do have the occasional chocolate bar but Gillian really motivates me to fill most of diet with whole grains, veggies, and fruit.
is this gillian a real doctor? im thinking shes a fake...

I think the English fry-up should be classified along with deadly narcotics..."cocaine, methamphetamine, English fry-up, heroin" et cetera.

For any UK users, what exactly is a 'fry up'? Does it just simply mean a plate of fried foods or is it more particular?
