I happened to read a Nov 05 VG mag article on Kirk "Eli" Fletcher, never having heard of him before. Since then, I'm a major fan of this Blues cat.

@carpybv The song is Deadric Malone's "Stranded In St Louis" and it's on Kirk's CD "SHADES OF BLUE" (which i haven't stopped playing since i got it 5 yrs ago) I must have about 4 ,000 Blues CD's and i keep coming back to this one. BUT this live version is unbeatable.
