io studio il jeet kune do, e devo dire che senza il contributo del wingtsun, non esisterebbe una reale efficacia nel combattimento reale...vedasi trapping e grappling..da qualche mese sto studiando anche il brazilian jiu jitsu..perchè la lotta a terra è come un oceano...e se non sai nuotare sei perso..
