All versions of LC (GTA, GTA III, GTA LCS, GTA Advance, GTA IV< GTA Chinatown Wars)) are based on NYC but the version in GTA IV and Chinatown Wars is the closest to the real NYC.
what i cant understand is that Liberty City goes from a city the size of a box in GTA 3 to a huge metropolis 100x the size in 6 years. LC must have a good construction industry.
@PostalDude245 I know your comments a joke but they just remodelled it,as for their construction team,I played the game for 500 + hours now and those construction sites are never complete XD
