d add 11 is just a d but put your pinky finger on the second fret bottom string at the same time as the d. hope thats helped you mate.

It's mean't to be Dsus4, not D11, But it's exactly the same as a D, just dd your pinky to the 1st string on the 3rd fret.

you can search in Google images, just search for "Guitar Chords" and there are a lot of nice charts with the chords and how to place your fingers, print it, its always useful to have one of these around when you are learning guitar, good luck
