hi i am singer and i have to hit real high notes..due to sinus i am having difficulty so, can i use it??does it work on headaches??plz help.. :(

It works, and that is the main thing. Those little packets of salt (and baking soda) can get a bit expensive though.

No burning sensation in the nasal passage. :))

I don't let any water come out my mouth, I do so by tightening up the back of my nose. As well as I blow air out while doing it, it seems to help add to the pressure of moving the crud out. Also be careful when blowing your nose, they say don't plug a nostril when blowing. ...I had some water shoot up one of my Eustachian tubes and I had a ear ache the next day. If that happens, try to yawn and/or "crack your ears" to open up the Eustachian tube to drain back. Jumping up and down helps too.

... this soft-squeeze bottle is far better than the neti pot.  The bottle is more effective.
