Yes a laptop is much more important, the tools are more important, not just a laptop any tool for developing the skill they need to be independient, dont him the food teach him how to find it in a productive way.

yes because a laptop is much more important that anything else those children need like food or parents.
at least they will be able to look at pictures of food as they slowly starve to death.
