I have the problem that when I put khol pencil on my water line it never lasts very long.. after a certain time I'm all black underneath my eye..is it the pencil that is bad or is there a certain technique?

Make sure to be neat when you do it, and use a primer before you put it on, such as too faced shadow insurance, or urban decay primer potion...then after you line, try setting it with some black eyeshadow. Hope this helps!
