There are six stand-alone episodes, which each tell the story of how someone being tried in court for an offence that they did/didn't commit got there. Basically, how they got "accused" of a crime. The first episode was on Monday. It was brilliant!! Great performance from Christopher Ecclestone! McGovern's dramas are always gritty, realistic and enthralling; and this one didn't disappoint!

The only BBC show now on that I watch regularly is Doctor Who (though I do know many of the classic BBC shows). I'm definitely going to have to check out Accused, Single Father, and Christopher and His Kind, not just for the actors who played The Doctor, but because they also look interesitng. I also really want to see Alan Rickman in The Song of Lunch. The First Men in The Moon also looks incredibly fun. Late Victorian scifi is always interesting. It must be good considering it's HG Wells.
