the pronunciation is correct, more or less, since this is a late first century text when language had changed and sounded like modern Greek (any way we don't even know how classical Greek was pronounced)--the New Testament contains the earliest texts in modern Greek pronunciation--great music from a great film....

This song is WRONG.Knowledge and Love are synonymous.One cannot forgive without experience.Experience is nothing but knowledge, i.e knowledge of failure and success, sin and righteousness etc.Forgive is the same as Love.So Knowledge and Love are synonymous.The song says Knowledge will fade away but not Love.Love is not apart from Knowledge.

Forgiveness can stem from love, but it is not love because it's a pardon of an offense; you can certainly love someone but never forgive them for something or you can forgive someone and not love them. Also, experience is not knowledge, it is wisdom. And love is not synonymous with wisdom (nor knowledge, for that matter), but love does work together with wisdom and/or knowledge.

It is in ancient greek. But the theme is taken from the Letter to CORINTHIANS-Holy Scriptures (a part of it),

St. Paul's words about Love.

@dounia72 The lyrics might be in Ancient Greek (they certainly look so) but they are pronounced according to Modern Greek phonology, which is a pity 'cause I would've loved to hear them the way people spoke when they were written.
