Cruise missiles and low-flyers of course is not S-200 targets (complex were designed for long-range, high targets). As for low-flyers - old S-125 were created just for them. But not sure have Iran some of them or not. Then S-125 was in use, USSR has terrible relation with Iran, and even if they have S-125, it needs some modern upgrades to be really effective.

I think I've told you this before but the USA actually owns an s-300v system, so they obviously wouldn't build an aircraft as expensive as the raptor if it could be seen by a decent SAM system. RCS is part of it, but it's also paint, materials, and the internal bay (no hardpoints). Stealth isn't 100% foolproof (like in the case of the serbian f-117), but it can usually avoid conventional detection from systems like the s-300

From the time of the F-117A the US computing power has grown allot. Now the US has continues curves on the stealth and better materials, so can they shoot a US stealth plane in service like the F/A-22 or F/A-35, yes but at such a range that it would
