Thanks very much and nice one for the A :D lol yeah we didn't particularly like the note either, you can't see the writing very clearly, and the way it falls down into his hand isn't done well, but we were running out of footage and had to fill it in with that. Well noticed with the Feeder-esque shots, that was one of the elements we wanted.

loved it, got an A for our vid last year too at A2, only thing i will say is that u shuda have avoided the note thingy. wicked techniques though and i could see the feeder-esque shots (playing guitar and singing not looking at the camera :P)

Cheers for the comment! We aimed to make it fit in with that time period like Feeder's later stuff, especially the different colored trees, even though the song was released on Echo Park in 2001.

Nice one dude thanks!! We would have liked the hand-held cameras to be less shakey, and we found it hard work to include a drummer, but it doesn't matter too much, seeing as this video would have been possibly released as a single after John's death :(

Well the video got full marks and the highest grade you could get was "A" lol. Therefore A+++++ was not available to get unfortunately :P

Our media department couldn't afford Final Cut, so we were only using iMovie HD, which comes free with any Apple computer.

Hopefully should be making another music video this year.

I never believed that a-levels were easier than they used to be until now.

Yep this video got something like 90/90, the examining board who mark the videos are apparantly older people who don't have a clue about media. You should see some of the videos that get B's and C's grades etc. Some could have been made by babies. This may look easy but the written work, planning, other modules, other coursework and the examinations are a lot harder. Having said that, media studies does seem to be an easier subject to do and quite a lot of people in my college got A's.

Thanks very much! Yeah it took us a few takes to try and get that intro right, especially with the footsteps lol. Recently found out that we got an A grade for this vid which we were pleased with.

Improvisation is good, it's different to just having the band, and some Feeder videos don't include performance. Glad to hear you did a Feeder song too :D Which song did you choose and can I watch it anywhere?
