Latin America has 580 million people. How can you say they have 900 million people? My lord. How is anyone supposed to watch the video after hearing that? Even if you counted the West Indies as apart of it (which you shouldn't), you'd still be 250 million short of that total.
Good to hear that things are moving in a positive direction when it comes to that part of the world, and I hope that it leads to a much more balanced way of life for all those who might benefit.
