@jordyvanbuel You can edit like that, you don't have to show complete continuity of movement otherwise you would be there all day, it's edited that way so that the second closer shot works. Perfectly ok to do that.

At a table with the other Captains in Vesuvio, Christopher's 1st scripted line was "'About time I made Captain if ya ask me." Tony responds, "Yeah? Well nobody asked you." (I can't recall clearly if that scene made it the final edit.)

So, anytime you see Buscemi as Tony Blundetto alive, like here, then Christopher is not yet Captain.

What? During this time, Vito was a captain, Tony's best earner, and Chris was a soldier in Paulie's crew. Chris was a captain during the first bit of Season 6, until Paulie, now the Underboss, was demoted or something. It's possible Chris was re-demoted and Paulie reassumed position of captain of that crew, or Paulie became captain of the vacant Curto crew.

I dunno, Chase didn't really clarify a lot of administrative shit throughout the show, especially latter Season 6.
