I have never actually seen it, but I do know Hobie Buchannon was originally played by Brandon Call when he was little before being replaced with Jeremy Jackson the following season for the remainder of the series. They never did show this season on reruns as the syndication always begins with the second season. I think they also had to leave this season off of the DVD release as well. That woman was in E.T.
