The issue is long past and resolved, the whole Frederick County recycling system has changed, and most of the crews have changed too. So why not remove this video?
I could... but Frederick County Maryland switched to a single stream system, they come once a week, they gave us huge bins on wheels (5 x the capacity of the little blue guys) and put someone else on our route.
In short... there is nothing to complain about now

he did a horrible job! he should have picked up the trash can a put the bins down next to each other instead of throwing them all over the place.
