use the FileIn node under the image tab. Navigate to the directory where the footage is and choose it. Note that not every video file format is supported. It's best to use either an image sequence or quicktime movie.
good but the now keeps going to the right as you turn the camera. first it is going to the back of the car then to the front. thats the only thing that makes it look fake.

Shake is a compositing software, for pulling green and blue screen footage. It also handles image stabilization, among many other advanced features.

lol he could have used smooth cam but the only problem with that is there is no concatination between its settings and any other transform nodes.
