This phone has been a nightmare.

First, if you switch SIM cards, all your messages will get deleted forever.

SEcond, it has a micro-USB port, good luck finding a micro usb adapter at any retail store to use for data xfer.

No wonder it was discontinued.

I got a V8 last March 15, 2008 and I only got 2 months out of it. May 17, 2008, I was shocked to find out that my V8's glass exterior was severely broken as I pulled it out of my pocket.

Yes, I do remember the exact date 'cause I really loved it.

Now I'm thinking of getting a new one 'cause I really like it for its sex appeal. :D

Anyone who has this phone ( razr 2 V9 ) try to use your alarm in vibrate mode. I just got mine and when the alarm goes off it will vibrate like twice normally and then all it does is stutter every once in a while after that forever. Left if like that for 2 hours one day and it was still doing it. Went in to Unicel ( my carrier ) and the lady working there had one, she tried it on hers and it did the same thing. She went and got a ROKR and the alarm works fine in vibrate mode on that one.????

Its brillian and crystal clear. Even in a noisy environment,you can clearly hear the song you're playing,not even playing in full volume! Oh yeah,if you're using earphones,first volume is enough already. Good MP3 player overall but eats battery time. It has an equalizer but the setup is completely different from Nokia or Sony Ericcson
