I always thought a psychopath was a well educated person with antisocial tendencies where as a sociopath was an antisocial person with less organization. I would have described a psychopath as a person who was cold, cunning and calculated whereas a sociopath is somewhat random.

When I was in school, other students complained they hated a teacher, blamed teacher for bad grades… or a scoutmaster, or whatever authority figure. Often it was someone I knew in the same capacity and had no problem with. The hated adult would hold kids accountable for their actions & expect them to follow rules, but the kids wanted to do whatever they want, without responsibility. I bet they're blaming their evil bosses for firing them now, or the corrupt justice system for arresting them.

I read a great book recently by Rabbi Nachum Shifren called, "How to Kill Your Teacher" that described his experiences in Los Angeles schools and blamed it on corruption in school administrations encouraging such behaviour to enhance their own power. My question is, what advise do you have for teacher's dealing with this these days.?

In 'Selected Empathy' I mean there is a difference in how, people who have empathy, view one person to another, and one creature to another! We all place a different value on each, I think the Psychopaths may not do that? But I think they still place price tags on people and things. Just my opinion really.
I used to drown mice and cats when i was a kid and do all sorts of stuff to insects and when i was 15 i start acting out at people rather than animals.Ive been kicked from two schools because of assaults.But when i look at some of the other kids my age i wasn't half as bad as some of them.But they are either dead or locked up now.Ive only had a run in with the law once because i slipped up while i was drunk.I suppose i am smarter than your average felon.
@vipmousasi Really? Killing Insects makes you an evil person????? If you believe that it certainly makes you a crazy person but not evil. Now drowning cats is crossing the line, but not as much with mice, I couldn't care less for them.
You know what?! I believe that we all have an ability in 'selected empathy', some people would cry if someone tortured an insect....I used to burn flies! And my favourite, putting them in spider webs for a laugh! But with a cat, I would feel bad about it!
@IJUSTSUBSCRIBENOW No i don't know what it's an indicator of just thought id share it but i know parents who would get their kid evaluated if he/she was killing insects.It doesn't matter if its a small ant or a cat they are both living creatures and the kid is aware that it could be suffering.If you think otherwise well then your retarded.

@vipmousasi Sounds like some parents should be evaluated. Don't they know that stores sell items designed for the sole purpose of killing insects, to people of any age, for under $1, called flyswatters? Actually, kids aren't all that aware. How does a young child tell whether an insect is suffering? Do bugs cry? As for "living creatures" - what do you say about bull fighters, hunters, or slaughterers in the meat business, who think it's worlds apart from homicide?
