  • Ok,who farted by the pilot light hmmmmmmmm.

  • wow thats scary.. I hope they weren't home at the time!

  • I'm homesick......

  • This video is very well done. I am studying Fire Science in California. I am curious as to whether what I am thinking is correct... Was the kitchen of this particular house located to the right side toward the driveway? I only ask because it looks to me as though all of the debris in the driveway was blown laterally as a result of the explosion. Do you happen to know?

  • TY I can see where your coming from. Actually the kitchen was to the left side of the house. If you can see there was more/hotter fire on that side & you can tell by the neighboring houses. I believe (this is just a guess) what happened was when there was a source of ignition, the explosion went as far as it could go inside the house until it could go no farther, so then once it hit that wall to the right, it just pushed everything out that side.

  • your ladder is it a grumman it looks like it from the back reply back ffstation9

  • It is an LTI On a duplex chassis w/110foot ladder

  • is this by calvin christian

  • its in the same town, not extremely far from calvin, its near 154th and state, just a little west of state. and calvin is more near like 161st and school.

  • east or west of cottage

  • the incident was west of cottage, west of state street. if u know where south suburban college is, its almost directly north from there near 154th st.

Holland's Ladder Truck is nice, who makes it? Were there any people inside when the stove blew? Stay safe.

  • It is an LTI On a duplex chassis w/110foot ladder made back in 1987. Thankfully there was not anybody home at the time. Even the dog that day that is usually at the house was gone.

  • Ok, Thanks. Talk about luck with the dog not being home.
