@MrAusty You need to work on your emotional and energy body through various internal practices you find yourself drawn to. I recommend this form of energy work among others: /watch?v=Wm4ip3i4uFs
I take a HGH supplement is this safe to use at the age of 18. I'm 5'3 and though it would boost my height a little bit. (abundance naturally-HGH Releaser)
@ICECAPP09 I would not touch anything like that at your age if I were you. It's best to leave hormone levels alone during puberty (which in men lasts up until 23-25). If you'd like to optimize hormone levels things like maca, coconut oil, high zinc containing foods and high protein foods are the best way to keep these high. Bee pollen is the only substance I am aware of that has shown the ability to increase peoples height. I'll PM you a link to an article I've written on bee pollen.
@netyisrael It's a nice thought but 1) I'm not interested in putting that much time into talking about someone else's philosophy/practices and 2) it's not fair to the author, it would be OK for me to promote his book and talk about it a bit but not give away everything for free he has worked so hard to put into one book.
i was a bit disappointed at how you shyed away from talking about your past/current situation with psychoactive substances. I am glad and refreshed to see you be so frank and unabashed in discussing sexual health :)
You've gotten me interested enough to do further research. I also followed you on twitter. In case you're wondering, I'm not stalking you, just interested in what you have to say.
During coital and perhaps even beyond, throughout the entire process of returning the seminal fluids-transcending ejaculation as it were,a continuous leaking-very slow ejaculation of what appears to be a clear semen takes place.Perhaps this escretion is the ejaculation without the semen-testosterone.
Zak,in view of the aforementioned do you think therefore ejaculation may still be taking place, notwithstanding the semen-testosterone is being preserved, hence no harm to the prostate?
Ah yeah, that's what's known as precum or pre-ejaculate by many people. This is not seminal fluid even if it contains trace amount of similar nutrient. This is an excretion from the Cowper's gland specifically and not the testicles or seminal vesicles. It's purpose is to neutralize any acids in the urethra from urine (since acidity kills sperm cells) as well as lubricate and neutralize the acidic environment of the jade gate (vagina).
Technically, small amounts of sperm can be contained in the precum... and so non-ejaculation is not a 100% effective form of birth control. Mantak Chia says he went 10 years without ejaculating and yet had sex several times a week during that time with his wife and never conceived a child until he chose to break the 10 year "fast" (don't know what else to call it :p) when him and his wife wanted a child.
It's my experience of over a year of having non-ejaculatory sex without other forms of...
...birth control, that these Taoist exercises even reduce the amount of sperm and other fluids that leek out with the precum. When you tone the muscles and tissues of that region, you reduce leakages tremendously and there is really very little if anything noticeable lost.
So, with to sum up my long response, :p no I don't think any ejaculation is lost with the precum, just as women don't lose vitality (but actually gain it) from becoming moist and wet with sexual excitement.
soo, what's your record?? haha before I knew about any of these benefits i did 42 days once, i was on vacation though which helped as the accustomization to bathrooms and such damped those desires, still it's nothing compared to Dr. Cousens' 6months
Hah! I've never counted... Over the years the period between ejaculations keeps getting longer and longer for me. At this point I'm not hung up on completely stopping absolutely because I think that in and of itself is suppressive. The more often I practice the exercises Mantak Chia talks about the easier it is to avoid accidentally "going over the edge".
I will make a video soon about the various things that can help control ejaculation during sex... such as avoiding eating before sex etc.
Zak, do you think that by returning the semen it actually influences the prostate health?
Following the returning usually there is an increased sense of wellbeingness-energy,this is witnessed well into the the following day/s;I suspect it is a healing force.
As one returns the semen the increasing erectile quality and abilty gives major contribution to empowerment and blissfulness;a wonderful adjunct to meditation practice.
I think sexual arousal and blood flow to the prostate improves it's health, not specifically retaining ejaculation. However the testosterone preserved in the process would be good for the prostate.
I've experienced that it is definitely very healing and one can last long and experience blissful states when ejaculation is no longer a goal that drives you to have sex.
