Thanks for your comments. Yes, it is the best system we have found for both compactness and rapid deployment. Much, much faster to deploy than a parachute cord bracelet, and transferable to different equipment types. With 20 feet of parachute cord (unbroken), it also contains more p-cord than parachute cord survival bracelets. Of course, the added bonus is that it comes with a GRIMLOC D-Ring, which we find superior to "S-biners" for multiple uses - even after the p-cord is deployed and used.
I actually like this idea. there is another rapid 550 cord deplorer thats reusable, but I think two of the RipCords would be lighter, and far more silent. a nice idea worth testing and reviewing in the future
