They destroyed this songs energy from the original. They didn't replace the Wasted Years with something more original they just removed it, they go into the main riff way to fast now! The verses are fine but they removed the pre chorus so the chorus is random and energy sapping, and the solo got tamed at first but it's slightly strong. Parts of the song do sound really good and it's well produced but it lost it's energy completely

I actually think this is pretty good :). I'm impressed, I don't care what their age is. Besides, ever riff ever thought of has been used somewhere. The intro sounds a bit like Iron Maiden, the riff Metallica, but oh well. It's still theirs. Do you know why you can't copyright and individual riff? Because there is only so much you can do on guitar! You can only copyright whole songs. So until they pull a Kid Rock and copy a full song, I like these guys and their originality
