It was part of the Kingdom Hearts Insider AMV Worm #4 which was made up of fanvids of 20-50 secs from multiple people. The videos had to be of Square-Enix games and anime, so I chose Final Fantasy VIII :P
Final Fantasy VIII is the actual game this came from. The music is unknown. I didn't understand the reason for doing a 47 second video though... *rates five plus fav*
