listen up you all!! Drwhatson heard this first before anybody else(even before the group recording it) him and levine have heard all 70's recordings before anyone..these two guys know ABSOLUTELY everything there is to know about music
This track and Brainstorm - Loving is really my game. Where the tunes that separated the good dancers from the great ones! Seen some fabulous dancing to both of those tracks back in the day.
I "think" I actually met the Bass player on this - Will Lee - He was at the Eridium Jazz Club in NY 1996 with Tom Scott and the LA Express. Had a few words with him as he put his bass into a big 4 x 4. I had no idea until I got home and looked on the album cover a few months later and saw his name. He was one of the top 70's and 80's session musicians. I hope it was him. LA Express - Tom Scott, Will Lee, John Tropea, Ralph McDonald, Bernard Purdie can't remember keyboard players name.
sounds a bit like trammps' disco inferno...

Blackpool Mecca (again!) Absolutely definitely! Played from the album in mid-1976, long before it got a UK 7" release. Monster Mecca anthem.
