ok so i bought the same house as you. when i go to sergius verus theres no option to buy upgrades for the house !!!! what do i do!?!?1
@GradientGhoul you have to open up the list of what he sells, then you will see the upgrades

@bluerylo124 i figured it out. he was outside the store. he is only at the store at some specific times a day. he does not sell enything when his outside the store

@XPTheRigormortis You have to complete the dark brotherhood quests and you get her as a follower. then take her to the house and kill her.
