Its not as easy to delivery furnaces as is other products. There must be equipment available to move this furnace around once it arrives at the customer home. We now have Tractor Trailors with attached fork lifts to assist the customer with putting his furnace on his concrete pad. We do however apologize for the delivery delays and we will continue on trying to improve that process.
Response from Shaver: The above mentioned customer has recieved his furnace from us. I talked to him a few weeks ago and he seemed very pleased with his furnace. This customer ordered his furnace early in spring to come to his defense. We had schedule to delivery early summer but customer refused delivery because his pad was not ready....We fully understand that situation. Then we got back logged in late December because of course everyone wants there furnace then. Delivery was delayed.
stop wining why not wait till its cold to put in ? your an idiot a major project like this should have been done in the summer so wine asses like you run in a delay then blame the stove company. be sides how will you hook up your stove if you dont have any money your a liar i deal dailey with people like you that try to take advantage of other people and buisness .if i where shaver i would have sent your money back
Sounds about typical for Shaver. Did you get it.? Imagine if you will that same mentality of people producing the actual stove. I did get mine 2 years ago and its not real bad but it does have some cheapo design. Let me know how this worked out and Ill share my experience with you too..
Then why did you accept the order if you could not deliver?
There is some funny accounting going on at that company and a certified CPA and IRS should look into your books.
